CANCELLATIONS

Deposit and Payment Policy:
• A deposit of $500 per person booked is required
upon booking the tour.
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
• If booking within 21 days of travel, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply.
• A change fee of $50 per person will apply to any changes made by the traveler after confirmation has been sent.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Transportation, lodging, meals, entertainment, and other services are sold on a partially refundable basis depending upon the date, in relation
to the departure date, such services are cancelled.
Certain flights have to be paid for at the time of booking and will be non-refundable, in which case we will mirror the applicable policy of the airline. The cancellation fees and calculations are set forth below:

• 61 days or more prior to departure, a service fee of $100 per person will apply.
• If a tour is cancelled 60 days or less from departure date and full payment has not been received in our office, the deposit will then be forfeited in full.
• Once full payment has been received, any refund made will be subject to a $75 per person administration fee.
• 59 to 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will apply.
• 29 to 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 75% of the tour cost will apply.
• 14 days or less prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100% off the tour cost will apply.
• No refund will apply to any unused services including but not limited to flights, accommodations, touring, meals and/or transportation

POSTPONEMENT

For new bookings you may postpone your booking up to 14 days prior to departure in the event of unforeseen circumstances impacting your travel if the quotation and confirmation documents confirm the Flexible Booking Policy. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking and normal cancellation terms will apply to the new booking date. Certain flights have to be paid for at the time of booking and will be non-refundable, in which case we will mirror the applicable policy of the airline. Where suppliers do not allow postponement, we will only pass on charges where they are applied, however, trips cannot be cancelled for travel credit during this time. Within 14 days of travel, normal terms and conditions apply.

Your balance remains payable at 90 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance without giving notice of the intention to cancel on the basis of travel being prevented will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied. Within 60 days of travel, our normal Terms and Conditions apply.
